What can you expect in our Dining Room?


  • Scrumptious meals, freshly prepared daily, artistically presented and modestly priced.
  • Delightful luncheon specialty sandwiches, soups, salads, and quiches. Monday-Saturday, 11:30-2:00.
  • Leisurely three-course evening meals, carefully prepared and artfully served, 6:30 by reservation.
  • The renowned Sunday Chicken Dinner w/Lemon Meringue Pie, every Sunday at 12:30 by reservation.

Soup/Sandwich: Soups (Chicken and Wild Rice, Beef Vegetable, Clam Chowder, Potato and Corn Chowder, etc.); Sandwiches: (Chicken Salad, Turkey & Swiss, New York Deli Melt, Buffalo Burger, variety of "wraps")

All for only $9.75 plus beverage!

Specials vary daily, but we always have hot specials, quiche and salad of the day, and soup/sandwich combinations.


Monday thru Saturday Evening Dinner :

Sumptious fixed-price dinners, by reservation only, evening or Sunday midday, served 19th C. country inn style, like you have just come in on the stagecoach and "this is what we are serving tonight!"

Choice of two or three entrées, featuring such specialties as London Broil, crusted sirloin of beef, Tuscan Beef, medallions of pork, stuffed pork chops, Chicken Supreme, Chicken Florentine, Bourbon Street salmon, and vegetarian entrées by request. [We gladly cater to your special dietary needs!]

  • Three course dinners: Salad w/wild raspberry dressing, entrée w/accompaniments, specialty dessert

  • Extensive selection of wines, beer, champagne, after-dinner flavored coffees and ports

    $22.50 per person, plus beverages


  Sunday Midday:

The revival of a time-honored tradition of the original Buhn Hotel, Chicken Dinner w/Lemon Meringue Pie! They served this dinner every Sunday for nearly 80 years!

  • Perfectly seasoned chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and
    wonderful long green beans with almonds

  • Gourmet style lemon meringue pie

  • Sunday Three Course Chicken Dinner: $16.95, plus beverages
    [and occasional "Blue Plate Specials"]

                        Zinfandel, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon,
                        available by glass, presentation bottle, half or
                        full carafe:

    A nice selection of fine wines by the bottle, from modest
